Backing onto a beck that runs directly to the sea, we aim to share our holiday home with couples, families, groups of friends and their pets, providing a comfortable and relaxing home from home experience. Kit's Beck offers two off-street parking spaces to the side of the property - a real must in Sheringham!
The accommodation briefly comprises of:
A bright and cheerful beautifully fitted kitchen-diner, equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, retro fridge freezer and dining for up to six people. A restored 1950's kitchenette contains lots of family games and set of playing cards.
A cosy sitting room with an original stained glass window and an open fire for burning logs. There is a flatscreen 32 TV with Freeview, a DVD player with a small selection of family friendly films and a CD/Radio with an IPod docking station.
Three luxuriously appointed bedrooms, a large king-size master bedroom, a stylish twin room and an enchanting children's bunk room. All rooms provide enclosed wardrobe hanging space, either drawers or enclosed shelving and we supply an abundance of wooden hangers for your clothes.
The well-fitted bathroom comprises a large separate shower cubicle and a deep bath, ideal for a long soak at the end of a energetic day. Hand-wash and moisturising lotion and a hand towel are supplied.
All quality bed linen, bath and hand towels and a bath-mat are provided. All the beds are made up with hypo-allergenic 10.5 tog duvets, and all our beds have cotton mattress toppers, mattress and pillow protectors. In the kitchen is a well stocked under-sink cupboard containing washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, dishcloths and tea-towels.
A travel cot, highchair and babygate are provided if required.
Outside there is off-road parking for up to two cars and a private courtyard area with outdoor seating, ideal for BBQs. In our beach-hut shed you'll find buckets and spades, flippers, windjammers, badminton set, etc. to make your time with us even more enjoyable.
