There are 4 golf courses with 9 miles of here, also gorge walking, lovely beaches, historic castles, parks, gardens, I could go on and on.
We are roughly equidistant between Cardiff and Swansea with all their great shopping as well as the Millenium Stadium, National Museum & Gallery in Cardiff, the fabulous Cardiff Bay area and the Maritime/Industrial Museum in Swansea and the stunning Gower Peninsula and beyond with it's beaches and heritage. Dylan Thomas lived in Laugharne and there is a museum set up in the boathouse where he wrote many of his works.
