Kingsley Grove is a family owned and operated vineyard and winery situated near to the town of Kingaroy. Kingaroy itself lies within the South Burnett Region of Queensland, which is approximately 2 ½ hours’ drive from Brisbane. The vineyard is currently 24 acres (10 hectares) in size and can be easily seen from the Bunya Highway, on the way to the Bunya Mountains National Park.
All the wine from Kingsley Grove is produced in a very modern equipped winery, which is located within the vineyard itself. The site layout minimises the time between the picking of the grapes and processing into the wine, which will ensure that the fine properties of the grapes at picking can be maintained throughout the winemaking process.
This means that all of our wines are grown and made entirely at Kingsley Grove in the Estate tradition, where we produce a range of 14 wines, including table wines, desert style wines, as well as sparkling & fortified wines.
Kingsley Grove’s cellar door is open for wine tasting 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm and on Saturday’s and Sunday’s serve Pat’s famous wood-fired pizzas. Tours of our working winery are available by the winemaker if booked in advance. We can also cater for groups and can provide a unique venue for Christmas parties, contact us to book in advance.
Kingsley Grove’s exceptional wines can also sampled at Taste South Burnett and can be purchased online and in selected Kingaroy and South Burnett restaurants/motels. We presently attend Food and Wine Festivals in Kingaroy, Toowoomba, Hampton, Maryborough, and Brisbane.
