Since opening its doors in January 2012, raw and roasted pumpkin seeds, as well as chilli and dark chocolate coated pumpkin seeds have been delighting customers. The pumpkin seed meal (much like an almond meal) is showcased in Anzac biscuits on offer and has many uses as a gluten free alternative. The company is also now expanding into other seed and nut oils and products. The first all Australian Hazelnut oil is now being pressed as well as Walnut oil.
The Alpine region is famous for its gourmet food. Visitors to the region can experience the wine, cheese, cultured butter, boutique beers, pumpkin seed factory and much more. There are many 'rail trails' which have been converted to bicycle friendly riding for the whole family and a great way to explore the area.
