The tour then goes way off the beaten track to visit Ross Errily Friary, a hidden monastic ruin that gives you a sense of tranquillity experienced by the 15th century monks who lived there. We take a trip up winding narrow country roads taking in lough Corrib and Killary Fjord before the highlight of the tour: Kylemore Abbey and its Victorian walled gardens. Admission is optional and discounted tickets are available from the driver.
