This is home to more than 110 species of mammals, and of reptiles; and almost 400 species of birds; and it offers one of Africa’s greatest and most accessible safari experiences.

Day 1:
Depart Windhoek or Swakopmund. Travel via Okahandja and Otjiwarongo to the Etosha National Park. Join a first game drive (in a closed vehicle). Overnight near Etosha National Park. [D]

Day 2:
Day excursion into the park (in a closed vehicle). Explore the various waterholes along the enormous Etosha saltpan. Overnight near Etosha National Park. [BD]

Day 3:
Encounter the big variety of wild life in the park (in a closed vehicle). Overnight preferably near or in the Etosha National Park. [BD]

Day 4:
Depart for Windhoek via Otjiwarongo and Okahandja to explore a local handicraft market. Tour ends in Windhoek during late afternoon. [B]
