Beach front 2 bed room self contained apartment with a large front deck over looking the Indian Ocean. We are just 5 minutes drive from the centre of the Mandurah Village which is set on the Peel Estuary. The 4 Wedge Apartments are on the ocean front west of the Peel Estuary. The beach in front is a beautiful white sand beach with good swimming, walking and sunbathing and is often unoccupied.
The WEDGE has a large front deck with a private rear garden court yard & gas BBQ with entertainment area for your pleasure. All have brilliant ocean views and retractable sun shades. The living room, dining room and full kitchen all look out on the Indian Ocean and are set up to a high standard with Miele oven, full refrigerator & microwave all on open plan. Reverse cycle air conditioning ensures that you are comfortable in all weather. Bathroom includes shower and toilet, heated towel rail and a front loading washing machine as well as storage and wash trough and face basin. Two bedrooms are on the 1st floor, both have one queen size bed, wardrobes and draws. All linen and bath towels are provided as well as electric blankets for winter. We are set up as a home away from home with everything you will need for a fabulous holiday.

The Wedge is perfect for a couple to spend up to 5 months of extended living. Minimum stay 4 nights to 7 nights in peak season. Non smoking in doors and a car or motor vehicle is recommended as public transport is limited.

Mandurah is just 1 hour south of the city of Perth and only 2 hours from Margaret River, 1 hour to Bunbury, 30 mins to Rockingham or Pinjarrah. Cheaper than staying in the city with charm and character of a seaside resort. Much smaller and quieter than the city with a train that takes less than 50mins to city of Perth.
