The Lobster Shack provides a close up encounter with the most valued single species fishery in Australia; the Western Rock Lobster. At the Lobster Shack you can see how they are brought in from the wild by our large fleet of modern boats, processed in the factory and packaged up to be sent LIVE to destinations all over the world.
To cater for all our diverse visitors, a multilingual headset system and personalised tours are offered. Whilst visitors are there, they can find out what all the fuss is about and taste the exquisite flavour and texture of the Western Rock Lobster or any of our other Australian seafood products.
