The CLIFFS OF MOHER TOUR departs every day at 10:00am from Galway Coach Station. Taking in the Burren there are stops at the 5,800 year old Pulnabrone Dolmen, an ancient burial site; Balyalban Fairy Fort, home to little green men with orange beards (supposedly) the beautiful and quaint fishing village of Doolin and the highlight of the day are the 200m tall, 8km long Cliffs of Moher. Admission to the Cliffs is included FREE in the ticket price.
Our CONNEMARA & CONG TOUR departs daily at 10:00am from Galway Coach Station and this one heads a little further inland toward the wild and rugged mountains and bogs. You'll visit Cong village which is where the 1950's classic "The Quiet Man" was filmed. The tour then goes way off the beaten track to visit Ross Errily Friary, a hidden monastic ruin that gives you a sense of tranquillity experienced by the 15th century monks who lived there. We take a trip up winding narrow country roads taking in lough Corrib and Killary Fjord before the highlight of the tour: Kylemore Abbey and its Victorian walled gardens. Admission is optional and discounted tickets are available from the driver.
