Limerick City Kayaking Tours are an easy, very safe and fun kayaking tour/lesson, with a bit of history and fun facts about Limerick included!

Anyone can take part from the age of 8+ years and no previous kayaking skills or knowledge is needed, (beginners to advance all welcome).

Our tours will have a introduction to some safety aspects and kayak strokes, before we kayak towards the many interesting sites like King Johns Castle on 'King's Island' and the Treaty Stone, Thomond and Sarsfield Bridge to name but a few in the heart of Limerick City and we try bring to life over 800 years of dramatic local history to you.

We will also have plenty of fun and exciting adventures and team games/challenges on the tours to keep all very entertained.

The cost with Equipment and the Instructor included the is €35 per person, (discounted prices for Groups etc), so all that participants need to bring with them are a pair of old runners and a towel.

We start our tours at the Curraghower on Clancy Strand, when the tide is right and conditions are favourable and the tours generally last 2 - 2.5 hours.
