The bed & breakfast guest area of this superior property was designed for your comfort and convenience and looks out onto an established garden. This lovely property is just a 3 minute flat walk into the Russell Village, where you will find a range of cafes, eateries and tourist attractions, such as the oldest historic Anglican Church in NZ, take a tour of Pompallier Mission by one of the knowledgeable guides. The Russell Museum holds many interesting artifacts including the 1/5th sized replica of Captain Cook's 'Endeavour'. The Russell Wharf is a great jumping off point for sightseeing boat trips, fishing trips, swim with the Dolphins, or a foot ferry to Paihia & Waitangi to take in the early Maori history and Cultural Show.
The car ferry by which you probably came in on, gives you road access to the many wonderful attractions further north, including the Kauri Forest, 90 Mile Beach, Cape Reinga and several stunning Golf Courses including the famous International Kauri Cliffs.
