Easy 2 hour Nature Walk/Hike - Wander off on the well formed track through native Beech Forest leading you to the first of 4 swing bridges & the crystal clear waters of the Blue Pools. Meander through meadows and native forest - spot fish & native birdlife - enjoy the nature and quiet of our special part of the world.

1 Hour Jetboat Safari - The track leads you to the meeting point at the mouth of the Young River where the jetboat will be waiting to whisk you off on a scenic and spectacular journey through the Makarora Valley on the glacially fed waters of the clear, blue Makarora River. Feel the wind in your hair and be intrigued by the changing landscape as you travel to the mouth of the Makarora River and the headwaters of Lake Wanaka before returning to Makarora Village where your adventure began. Your pilot/jetboat driver will share the rich history of the area with you during your 3hr 30min experience.
