A 70km drive from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown, yet it feels like a world away.
Kayak tours are available during the warmer months, fishing rods and mountain bikes can be hired year round. We are 19kms from the start of the Routeburn and 12kms from Greenstone and Caples tracks, and offer track transport to the start of these. There are many day walks in the area and activities nearby include jet boats, funyaks, horseriding, skydiving, canyoning, scenic flights, and more. We are happy to help arrange transport to Kinloch and provide information as well as a booking service.
Kinloch Lodge works well as a group venue for weddings, family reunions, workshops, corporate getaways and so forth. Across the rooms we can sleep 53 people and can accommodate up to 90 for a seat down meal across the restaurant and marquee. There are 2 rooms which can be arranged for meetings if full lodge hire has been requested.
