Today the entrance to Cadson leads to the imposing house, which has been lived in and improved over the years, and now presents a Georgian face to the world. Inside, the accommodation is spacious and welcoming and gas central heating and electric showers provide comforts that would have amazed owners from the distant past.

The view down the valley is over meadows grazed by sheep and horses, and the Manor's fishing lake. For the keen - or even not so keen - fisherman our 2-acre lake is stocked with mirror and common carp, tench, bream, gudgeon and roach. The view also encompasses Cadson Bury, an iron age hill fort owned by the National Trust. A large picnic area is available nearby for your use. No smoking in the house, however there is a covered smokers area outside. The breakfast menu boasts Cornish pressed apple juice, fresh free range eggs, locally sourced dry cured bacon, sausages and hogs pudding, or a lighter selection of kippers or egg dishes, fresh porridge or pancakes, poached seasonal fresh fruits and organic yoghurt.
