There are accommodation options to suit every taste and budget. The caravan holiday homes come in a range of sizes and price points.
The luxurious Meadow Lodges are situated in an exclusive area of the park, the Meadow Retreat. These lodges feature elegantly decorated and spacious living areas, shaker kitchens, opulent furnishings, and private outdoor decking.
At the top of the range are the Watergate holiday home caravans. Beautifully decorated, modern, and spacious, these homes are set in idyllic locations surrounded by lush parkland. Dog-friendly options are available in this range.
All caravan holiday homes are located in tranquil settings across 50 acres of holiday park and 80 acres of beautiful parkland. With scenic countryside views and just a short drive from the sea, you’ll be in holiday mode from the moment you arrive.
For something different — and perfect for larger family celebrations and get-togethers — there’s Chestnut House. Situated on the edge of Hendra in an ultra-exclusive area of the park, Chestnut House offers the ultimate luxurious getaway in a secluded, spacious holiday home. Stroll through mature gardens to this peaceful retreat, fully equipped for the ultimate Cornish escape.
Camping and Touring…
Hendra offers a range of spacious touring and camping pitches around the park, in a variety of sizes and locations. There are multiple water points, washing-up areas, waste disposal facilities, and a launderette — plus plentiful toilet and shower blocks, praised for their stylish layout and cleanliness.
Dogs are welcome on some pitches too.
Play…
There’s plenty to do for everyone, from couples to families.
Head to Oasis Fun Pools, one of the largest indoor fun pools in the South West. It features three waterslides, river rapids, a toddler pool, and a giant tap with a waterfall. The outdoor pool, open from late May to late August, offers sun loungers for chilled-out days.
For kids, there’s a children’s play area featuring The Jolly Henry pirate ship, a skate and scooter park, indoor amusements, and soft play at Henry’s Playloft. Little ones will love meeting Henry or Henrietta, the resident hippos.
Try Palm Beach Adventure Golf — a Hendra and beach-themed adventure course that’s fun for the whole family, with nine holes and entertaining obstacles. Older kids will love the Ninja Assault Course too.
Every evening, there’s entertainment at The Venue. Little ones can enjoy hippo fun, activities, and party dances early in the evening, followed by bingo, games, and star acts later on for the grown-ups. Acts include comedy, live music, shows, illusionists, and karaoke.
New for 2026… Sometimes play and fun can get a bit too much. For a lower-sensory area, head to The Quiet Space — available for private 30-minute sessions for your group or family. It includes a sensory tent, lights, cushions, a white noise machine, and peaceful surroundings.
Couples and those who prefer a more relaxed vibe will enjoy the laid-back acoustic entertainment at the Deck Bar during summer. Or perhaps a drink in the Terrace Bar & Restaurant beside the pool. Then there’s The Beach House: Bar and Restaurant, perfect for pizza and cocktails.
There are plenty of on-site activities for all ages, including Segways, Mini 4x4s, Nature Explorers, and special events during peak weeks.
Dog owners are welcome too — your pooch will love running around the dog-walking fields.
Coming in summer 2026…
Newquay Rocks Activity Centre – a new facility at Hendra Holiday Park featuring a family climbing area, soft play, gym, and community event space.
This project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
Eat…
There are several eateries on the park serving delicious, fresh food for all tastes.
The roomy Terrace Bar and Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Drinks, barista coffee, herbal teas, and delicious cakes and treats are available all day.
Try the Fish and Chip Shop, a mouth-watering seaside holiday staple.
The Beach House: Bar and Restaurant, new to the park last year, serves classy cocktails, tasty pizzas with a variety of toppings, and a selection of starters and desserts.
Then there’s Always Sundae, the ice cream shop, offering creamy, organic ice cream locally sourced from Roskilly’s in Cornwall. Treat yourself to a classic cone, tub, or indulgent ice cream sundae.
