The unique reverse level layout features the living area on the first floor: a spacious galleried lounge (with wood-burning stove, digital freeview TV, DVD & VCR) boasts panoramic views of the countryside; a separate sleeping area with a double bed and ample storage space for clothes etc.
On the ground floor the front door (one step) opens on to a hallway with doors leading to a bedroom with full-sized bunk beds and built-in wardrobe, a shower-room with WC & hand-basin, stairs to first floor and a large fitted kitchen/dining room. This is equipped with built-in oven and hob, microwave, fridge & washer/drier and family sized farmhouse table. Wide french-windows open onto the private patio garden (one step) with picnic tables and plenty of room to enjoy the views.
Trefula is near both coasts with their harbours and swimming/surfing beaches and is well positioned for visiting the famous NT properties and attractions such as the Eden Project and St Ives Tate.
Next the garden is a parking area for 2+ cars and a 2½ acre field. Access is across our private land. There are convector heaters in all rooms; heating, lighting and cooking is provided by mains electricity. A private well supplies all the water to the farm. Summer electricity and linen is included in the price.
