Three luxury self catering holiday cottages in a private, 40 acre estate near the Tamar Valley. Rowse is no longer a working farm. but is a Grade 2 17th century farmhouse set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings.
Each holiday cottage has been skilfully restored to provide high quality accommodation, peace and privacy.
Skyber sleeps 4 + cots. This family cottage has two spacious double / twin bedrooms, two shoer rooms / toliets (one en-suite), a large living room, separate dining room and modern kitchen.
Tikkidew sleeps 2 + cot. This is an open plan cottage with a great 1st floor galleried bedroom, a large lounge, modern kitchen and a bath / shower room. There is a wood fire for those cosy winter evenings.
Kellywyk is a smaller, cosy little retreat and sleeps 2 = cot. Originally the old cider press, kellywyk is now a pretty. private cottage with a large double / twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room / toliet, a lounge / dining room and well equipped modern kitchen.
All 3 cottages have free internet access, flat screen TV's, private gardens with BBQ / outside eating areas. There is private off road parking close by.
All our 3 cottages have free memberships for 2 adults & 2 children to the nearby China Fleet Club. Here guests can enjoy use of the luxury Aqua Spa, heated indoor swimming pool, fully equipped gym, leisure facilities and play free golf any day all at special member rates.
