The Chapel Guest House provides 4 Star Silver rated (by Visit Britain) accommodation in converted former Bible Christian Chapel, dating back to 1862. Five guest rooms provide high standard, flexible accommodation that includes Double, Twin and Family rooms, all of which are fully ensuite. We also have one wheelchair friendly ground floor room (with fully fitted ensuite) for those with mobility concerns.
The Chapel Guest House rests in a narrow, wooded valley amidst the historic Clay Country, where China Clay is still extracted and is part of the Cornish Mining World Heritage Site. From the Chapel this is completely invisible and we are effectively a countrysdie location. However we are less than half a mile from the unique Wheal Martyn China Clay Museum which tells the China Clay story superbly. Clay Country can also be explored via its many cycle paths and bridleways for those who want to get "off the beaten track".
We are also very close to the world famous Eden Project and a short distance from The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Being in a central position in Cornwall and only 10 minutes from the A30 even the furthest reaches of the county are easily reachable within a two hour drive. The Chapel Guest House is thus a great centre for touring the Cornwall.
