It is situated in the far south west of Cornwall between St Ives (5 miles and Marazion with its iconic St Michaels Mount (3 miles), Hayle, with its 3 miles of golden sands, is one mile away.
The 3 star accommodation comprises : entrance hall with storage radiator, lounge-diner with large picture window overlooking the garden and storage radiator, kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, washer/dryer. oak fitted units and free standing heater. The bathroom has a roll top bath with electric shower over and mixer taps, heated towel rail and wall heater, WC and basin. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. All linen and towels are provided free of charge and electricity is also included in the rental. The tariff begins at £120 per week in the off season and goes up in stages to £360 per week in the peak season.
To find the property take the by-pass when you arrive at Hayle - then take the 3rd exit at the roundabout at the end of the bypass, Follow this road for a quarter of a mile and take the first turning right.signposted St Erth. Half a mile down this road (Chenhalls Road) you will see a sign Wisteria/Trehaven at a green gateway. Drive into the car park and walk along the pathway to Trehaven, which is the furthest in. i or my son, always meet guests on their arrival.
