Accompany one of our knowledgeable guides on an unforgettable mine tour, find your own minerals as you work as a "washerboy", see our iconic fully restored and working Armstrong Water Wheel, and through our exhibition and mineshop get a glimpse into the working lives of the lead miners and their families living in Victorian Upper Weardale in the North Pennines. Exhibitions also include our unique Spar Box collection. Visit Killhope shop and cafe to complete a grand day out for all the family. New for 2015 will be a Play Area.
