The farmhouse is only nine miles from the busy seaside town of Bude, the stunning North Devon and Cornwall coastline of Tintagel, Port Isaac and Padstow whilst being far enough inland to escape the tourist bustle during the busier months. Holsworthy Golf Club, which is a 10 minute drive, offer Leworthy guests 25% off all green fees during their stay.

This beautiful Georgian Farmhouse has a contemporary feel with modern flat screen TV/DVD players and WIFI in all seven first floor en-suite bedrooms, which are accessed via a short flight of stairs. It has retained much of its original character and charm due to subtle re-decoration and sits within a three acre smallholding. There is a private fishing lake, rare breeds of Chickens, Ducks, Geese and Pigs, as well as a host of wildlife to be enjoyed.

An impressive breakfast menu, which has consistently won the Visit Britain Breakfast Award, sponsored by Kellogs cereals, is served in the spacious guest’s dining room or outside in the pretty courtyard on warm summer mornings.
