Baildon Royd holiday apartments are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with off road parking for our guests (one per apartment) with on road parking opposite or around the corner. We are just 250 yards from either the stunning Preston Sands Beach or Paignton Beach, and the pier. Also we are just 10 minutes stroll from the main shopping area with a wide range of eating places as well as the Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway. Local shops can also be found at Preston, a 10 minute walk also.

We have 3 apartments. On the first floor there is a one bedroom at the front with a double bed, and a two bedroom at the rear with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. On the second floor there is also a two bedroom with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. All apartments are completely self contained. Bathrooms have a shower / toilet, kitchens fitted with cooker, hob, fridge, washer / drier, and microwave. Lounge with 32 inch flat screen TV with free to view and dining facilities. Bedrooms also have flat screen tv`s with free to view programmes. Photos can be seen on apartments page.

We are family orientated, children are most welcome.

No more to pay. All electric and gas is included in the price. We also provide bed lining and towels for use in the property. The apartments are centrally heated for the colder months.

Cycling Holidays - We will provide secure internal storage for your bikes.

Free WiFi is provided throughout the building.

We speak English and Thai.
