It was designed by Annie Martin, our architect daughter and, as a family, we spent two years building it ourselves. Located on the south coast of Devon it has uninterrupted sea views over the this area of outstanding beauty owned by the National Trust. The coastal path is a few minutes away with wonderful walks if both directions. There is a wide, sandy beach - known as Seacombe Sands - below the house.
The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a bespoke cinema room which can double as a fourth bedroom. The walled garden and patio are private and have a BBQ. There is also an acre of field for games. It is fully equipped to a high standard, with broadband and hi-fi throughout.
