Newhouse Farm is completely rural and has 9 beautifully converted cottages which sleep between 2 and 10 people (sleeps 47 in total). The Linhay which sleeps 6 people is fully wheelchair accessible. Newhouse Farm Cottages is set amidst unspoilt countryside and offers a sense of incomparable peace and unrivalled tranquillity from the moment you arrive. It is an enchanting region of the county with many wooded valleys associated with the path of the Little Dart River. Situated in the heartland of Devon, Newhouse Farm Cottages is perfect for exploring the North and South Devon coastal regions and Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks.

Our facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool with counter-current jets; traditional sauna; free WiFi throughout; indoor games room; toddler soft play room; outdoor children’s play areas with swings, slides and trampoline; 9-hole crazy golf course; fields for ball games; small fishing lake; and 30 acres of land to explore.

Whatever the season, visitors can relax in the midst of our flower-filled meadows and woodland. Footpaths wind steeply down to the river and lake, offering quiet corners and picnic spots. The land is not actively farmed and thus free from pesticides and artificial fertilisers and has an abundance of wildlife - including the resident badgers, barn owls and red deer.
