Rural Roosts is a family-run business and welcomes couples, groups, families and even the pet dog!

The Rural Roosts luxury self-catering pine lodges and additional cottage, surround a tranquil fishing lake, well stocked with coarse fish which residing guests are welcome to try their hand at catching!

Accommodation consists of 8 purpose-built pine lodges plus a brick built cottage, all designed to make your stay a comfortable and pleasant one. The lodges have been constructed to a very high standard and sleep 2,4, 6 and 8 people in a variety of double, king-size and twin bedded rooms. They all include spacious living areas and are fully equipped with large decked verandas which overlook the lake and are perfect for dining alfresco during the warmer months (four of the lodges also have their own private hot tubs).

We also have a beautiful cottage with its own private hot tub, this is great to hire on its own but also lends itself to larger groups who wish to take a few properties, so all having their own space, but being able to gather in the cottage (which has a very large downstairs living area) to socialise and dine together.

Upon arrival guests are greeted with a welcome basket and a scrumptious homemade cake!
