Beautiful, coastal touring park, set in the beautiful undulating country side of the North Yorkshire Moors coastline and is only one mile away from the centre of Whitby. All the pitches are level with electric hook-ups and hard-standings and most of the pitches have a sea-view.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times.
The Park is only one mile away from the centre of Whitby and on an half hourly bus route. Reasonably priced taxis are also available to and from the town centre.
We are only half a mile away from shops including a supermarket (open 7 days a week until 10pm), a Lidl store, a restaurant, post office, petrol garage (with cash machine), hair-dressers, vets, Chinese, Fish and Chips and pizza take-aways.
A quarter of a mile walk down a gently sloping track takes you to the centre of a 2-mile long sandy beach. A promenade enables you to walk to Whitby.
At the other end of the beach is the pretty village of Sandsend, with its cosy pub offering bar meals and lovely walks around the village or along the old cliff railway.
