A warm welcome awaits you at our family run B&B. Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac, a five minute walk from Oswestry town centre shops and restaurants. Ideally located for visiting the attractions and countryside of Mid and North Wales. 45 minutes to Chester, just over an hour to Liverpool, Manchester or Newtown. Offa's Dyke is nearby. We welcome walkers and cyclists and offer a packed lunch by request. Bikes can be secured in the garden at the rear of the house.
Enjoy home made cake and a hot drink on your arrival at our friendly, comfortable guest house. All rooms are non smoking, however there is a designated smoking area in the garden at the rear of the house. We serve fresh, locally sourced produce at breakfast, including home made bread and home made raspberry jam. Blueberry drop scones with maple syrup are a speciality. We pride ourselves on the comfort our home offers and are as accommodating as possible to ensure our guests a relaxed stay.
Both double bedrooms have a comfortable double bed and duvet All rooms have a flat screen T.V., comfortable chair, fair trade hot chocolate/tea/coffee making facilities with fresh milk, hairdryer, boot tray, hanging rail, fresh bedding and towels, toiletries supplied. One is en-suite with a white shower, W.C. and vanity unit, mirror with shaver point. The other has a private bathroom next door, in white, with a shower over the bath, W.C. and wash basin, mirror with shaver point. Our luxury twin bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has two brand new, comfortable single beds with duvets and bedspreads, 26" flat screen T.V., cosy chair and 2 seater wrought iron bench. Large white en-suite with quartile shower, W.C., and wash basin, shaver point and large mirror.
All our rooms also have an electronic fire alarm for your safety. Off road parking is available on our drive or parking is available in the cul-de-sac.
