The work has been hailed as a great success which has introduced the all important risk and reward choices on each hole, which makes Kingswood such a joy to play. It is a true championship course and was selected as a qualifying course for the 2011 Seniors Open and host to the Surrey Amateur Championship and PGA Surrey Open in 2014. Also in 2014 saw the opening of “The Lodge at Kingswood”, a complex of 18 new bedrooms and the complete refurbishment to the men’s and ladies changing room facilities.
