only 2 miles from Leverburgh where ferries take you to the Uists Islands for the day or trips round the Sound of Harris where you can spot seals, dolphins and otters. Leverborough has shops, a restaurant and even a hairdresser !! The golden eagle has been reintroduced to Scotland and you can see them from the garden. Rodel is where the GOLDEN ROAD begins and it will take you all the way to Tarbert on the East Coast of Harris.
