Expect to photograph bears in the meadows grazing and bears on the tidal flats digging clams this is also a great time to view sows with cubs as they teach the little ones the art of seeking out clams and digging them for one of there main food resources. Wolves and wold pups will also be seen at this time as wolves are very active in this area at this time of the season. Late July Early August is the start of the bears second and primary food source Salmon. Come at this time and expect to photograph bears feeding and fishing for salmon.
