Departures are daily in the mornings and afternoons. During the infamous summer desert heat, only morning hikes are scheduled.
Combination hikes, horseback riding and underground cave tours are part of the choices available to you.
In Tucson, we can drive to the top of Mt. Lemmon. Hiking can start at an elevation of over 9,000 feet. In the summer, it's about 40 degrees cooler up there in the Coronado National Forest. There's Saguaro National Park West, named after the world's largest number of the giant plants with outstretched "arms" seemingly welcoming you to Arizona.
In Phoenix, hike the famous Camelback Mountain with us, or try your skills on Piestewa Peak.
Many departures come with a lunch option.
There are Photography Lesson Guided Hikes in Phoenix, and in both cities, early risers get treated to our famous Arizona sunrises. Or, if you are in town during a full moon, we have Moonlit Guided HIkes as well as sunset departures.
