The Tennessee Williams Key West Exhibit takes visitors on an entertaining and informative self-guided tour that starts with his birth in Columbus, Mississippi, describes his tumultuous and creative life in Key West and concludes with the controversies surrounding his death, last will and testament and burial in Missouri. This is done with an extensive collection of photographs, first edition plays and books, rare newspaper and magazine articles, videos, a typewriter used by the author while writing in Key West and other artifacts on display in a newly remodeled, expanded 700 square feet space. Entry is free and donations are appreciated.
