This beautiful estate was built in 1908 during the arts and crafts period on a bluff overlooking Vineyard Haven Harbor. The estate was home and office to the town doctor (4 in total) and his family for generations before becoming a Bed and Breakfast in the mid 1980's. The grounds reminiscent of an old English Manor and the perennial gardens get more spectacular every year.

Our guests rooms have private baths, ceiling fans, cable TV, wireless Internet, and lush towels and linens. All rooms are air-conditioned with lovely garden views. Some rooms offer a fireplace and canopy bed.

Enjoy a home cooked breakfast on the porch or in the Breakfast Room.
Our breakfasts typically consists of muffins, scones, croissants, fresh fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice, and choice of the Best French Toast Ever, Eggs Benedict, smoked salmon platter, homemade granola breakfast parfait, fabulous omelets or good old eggs and bacon. Rich full bodied coffee and a selection of Mighty Leaf Teas.
