Also on the property is an actual Santa Fe Caboose with a kitchenette and private bathroom. There is also a queen bed with a couch that makes into a full size bed.
Above the Carriage House are two full suites. The Honeymoon Suite and Llano Estacado Suite include full kitchens, jacuzzi tubs, 65 inch flat screen tv's, washer and dryer and king size beds. There are also two twins up in the loft.
