The Local bar is only 8 doors down so need for a sober driver, let your feet do the walking!!

We have 10 units, 4 Studio's and 6 two bedroom units. We also have a designated Pet friendly unit which has a secure private courtyard with Mountain views. All rooms include a microwave, a toaster, a refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities. Each unit has a separate bathroom with hairdryer. Ironing facilities are available upon request. Each unit has a designated car park which is on level ground so no steep navigating skills required. Units to suit elderly or disabled, with a wheelchair full use onsite.

High Street Living Motel is less than 1 minute walk from Marlborough Sounds, with a playground, fishing charters and a variety of shops. It is only 7 minutes' drive from Picton Airport. The Picton Train Station is just 1 km away as is the Picton Ferry Terminal.
