For Lunch a big attraction is Tasting Platters. Create your own from a selection of bite sized hors d’oeuvres or you could try a French Rooms favourite - Tarte flambée, a popular Alsace dish served traditionally with a crème fresh topping, streaky bacon and sauté onions.
Dinner specialities might include larder trim venison fillet served with a redcurrant and red wine jus or oven baked see bass with a smoked tomato pesto dressing and tomato caviar.
